Personal Assistant (Full-Time, Salary Position)

Location: Parkersburg, WV / Marietta, OH Area

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and versatile Personal Assistant to support two local entrepreneurs with both business and personal tasks. This is a full-time, salary position requiring 40-50 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that occasionally includes weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Tasks:
  • Organize paperwork and maintain routine schedules.
  • Handle clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and managing records.
  • Create and maintain documents and spreadsheets using Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
  • Business Support:
  • Oversee property management tasks, such as showing rental units and issuing checks to suppliers and contractors.
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings and phone calls.
  • Produce basic video and photo edits, including recording content as needed.
  • Manage and create posts for social media platforms.
  • Personal Assistance:
  • Handle personal chores and errands for the entrepreneurs.
  • Occasionally assist in watching two toddlers and preparing their basic meals.
  • Travel:
  • Occasional travel may be required. A vehicle will be provided, or travel costs will be reimbursed if using a personal vehicle.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic video/photo editing and recording skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable with occasional childcare duties.
  • Experience with property management or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Clean background check required.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Position Details:

  • Salary: $3,000–$4,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Benefits:
  • One week of paid vacation after the first year.
  • Annual guaranteed salary increase of at least 4% starting after the first year.
  • Job Type: Independent Contractor.
