Personal Assistant (PA) to CEO

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO in daily administrative, operational, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, communications, documentation, and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; respond where appropriate
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official documents
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board meetings
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors on behalf of the CEO
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and official communications
  • Support in event planning, corporate meetings, and business visits
  • Perform general administrative duties as required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Management, or relevant field preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Administrative Officer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to draft professional emails and official letters
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with senior management or executives
  • Knowledge of corporate documentation and proposal writing
  • Basic understanding of business operations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online meeting platforms
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Compensation

  • Market competitive salary (based on experience)

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
