Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide executive and personal support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social media management: Capture and edit photos, videos, and reels for social media
  • Create and develop creative content
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently
  • Handle administrative tasks, including email correspondence and document preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, and AI tools for content, and business support
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong English skills: Arabic is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Strong communication, time management, negotiation, and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and flexible working hours
  • Leadership skills & creativity in problem-solving and task execution

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Social Media: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Personal Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
