Company & Role Overview
SourceNow is seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level, confidential administrative and personal support to our CEO and Co-founder. This is a crucial role for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate needs before they are stated. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary gatekeeper and organizational force, enabling the CEO to focus entirely on strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive and Administrative Support
- Calendar Management: Manage and optimise a complex, demanding, and ever-changing professional and personal calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel while accounting for time zone differences.
- Communication Gatekeeping: Act as the first point of contact, screening and prioritizing phone calls, emails, and direct mail to ensure the CEO’s time and attention are focused on high-priority items.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and memos, often involving highly confidential or sensitive information.
- Expense Management: Process and track expense reports, invoices, and budgets for the CEO, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation.
2. Travel and Logistics Coordination
- Comprehensive Travel Planning: Arrange detailed domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and itinerary creation, often requiring rapid changes.
- Meeting Logistics: Coordinate meeting agendas, prepare necessary briefing materials, and arrange catering or technology requirements for internal and external meetings.
3. Personal Support & Projects
- Personal Appointments: Manage personal scheduling, appointments (doctors, maintenance, etc.), and reservations as needed.
- Errands & Purchasing: Handle confidential personal errands, including purchasing gifts, managing household vendor relationships, and other personal tasks.
- Special Projects: Support the CEO on various ad-hoc personal and professional projects, often requiring independent research and follow-through.
4. Team and Stakeholder Liaison
- Internal Coordination: Serve as a reliable and professional liaison between the CEO, executive team, board members, investors, and internal staff.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion concerning all personal and business matters.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar high-level support role, preferably supporting a C-level executive or Founder.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Travel Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stop international travel arrangements and logistics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
