Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and handle a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Run personal errands and oversee household tasks (if required)
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers
  • Organize events and meetings
  • Maintain records and filing systems
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexible schedule, if required

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHILIPPINA
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not always required)
  • Experience supporting senior executives or high-net-worth individuals
  • Project management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
