We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the CFO (Arabic speaker with good English ) with a strong background in accounts and finance . The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative, organisational, and analytical support to the CFO, assisting in managing daily operations, confidential matters, financial reports, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

Manage and organize the CFO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, emails, and travel arrangements.

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on assigned tasks.

Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and communications with discretion.

Coordinate between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication flow.

Accounts & Finance Assistance:

Support in preparing reports and financial statements

Assist in reviewing financial statements, budgets, and cost analysis

Maintain records of financial documents

Coordinate with the finance team for reconciliations, payment follow-ups, and data entry as needed.

Administrative & Operational Duties:

Maintain organised filing systems for financial and administrative documents.

Draft professional letters, emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the CFO.

Support in project tracking, documentation, and deadline monitoring.

Handle ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as directed by the CFO.

Qualifications & Skills:

Arabic speaker required, with good speaking and wring English

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management in a finance department.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems) is a plus.
