Personal Assistant to Chairman

  • Manage and maintain the Chairmans daily calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare, review, and organize documents, presentations, and reports relevant to meetings and projects.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain privacy standards.
  • Plan and organize meetings, ensuring all logistical details are arranged and necessary materials are prepared.
  • Monitor and manage expense reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely submission.
  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Use office software proficiently to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with special projects and research as requested by the Chairman to support decision-making.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 48 per week

Education:

  • Master's (Required)

Experience:

  • relevant: 3 years (Required)
