Personal Assistant to Founder (Business Consultancy)

We are looking for a highly organized, smart, and communication-focused Personal Assistant to the Founder of a growing business consultancy firm.

This role requires someone who can:

  • Coordinate internal team and client communication
  • Follow up on pending tasks daily
  • Assist in drafting professional emails & messages
  • Manage schedules and reminders
  • Ensure nothing is missed
  • Stay continuously connected during office hours
  • Think proactively — not wait for instructions

This is a serious coordination and communication role — not a basic admin job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Founder’s daily task coordination
  • Draft professional emails and client communications
  • Follow up with team members on deadlines
  • Maintain meeting notes and action lists
  • Track client deliverables
  • Handle WhatsApp / email follow-ups
  • Assist in proposal formatting
  • Ensure structured communication internally

Mandatory Requirements

  • Excellent English (spoken & written)
  • Strong drafting skills (formal business communication)
  • Highly organized
  • Quick learner
  • Comfortable working closely with Founder
  • Available during working hours (no side jobs during office time)
  • Must be responsive and reachable

Preferred

  • Experience in consultancy / accounting / professional services
  • Experience as PA or Executive Assistant
  • Strong personality & confident communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
