Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Looking for a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant for a Client in AJMAN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential business information with discretion
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain filing and documentation systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives or C-level management
  • Experience in a corporate environment is an advantage
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary / Administrative Assistant
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
