We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative, logistical, and personal support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will be a meticulous planner, an excellent communicator, and possess the ability to handle a wide range of tasks and confidential information with the utmost professionalism. This role requires flexibility, exceptional time management skills, and the capacity to anticipate needs and operate with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring no conflicts and providing all necessary materials in advance.
- Handle all correspondence—including emails, phone calls, and physical mail—prioritizing, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangements (domestic and international), including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and creating comprehensive itineraries.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence, often dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy retrieval of documents.
- Process and track expense reports and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal staff, external partners, and high-profile clients.
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for executive and other important meetings, including reserving rooms, setting up necessary technology, and distributing materials when and wherever required.
- Attend meetings as needed to take minutes or represent him in his absence, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events and personal engagements as requested.
- Handle sensitive and confidential personal information with absolute discretion.
Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting a C-level executive.
- Exceptional proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrable ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English language, excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with impeccable discretion and integrity.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating needs without explicit direction.
Preferred
- 4 years Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification from reputable institutions.
- Familiarity with various travel booking platforms and global time zones.

Work Environment & Benefits
- Location: Lahore. This is primarily an in-office role.
- Hours: Standard Business Hours, M-S, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Flexibility to work outside of standard hours and be on call for urgent matters is required and expected.
- Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
