Virtual Assistant

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent English communication (both written and spoken), and the ability to manage multiple administrative and operational tasks efficiently.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and processes in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company accounts and ensure financial records are up to date.
  • Oversee payroll management, including timesheets, salary processing, and recordkeeping.
  • Handle vendor management, including communication, invoicing, and coordination of payments.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records and reports.
  • Use Canva for basic design tasks such as creating simple presentations, posts, or reports.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations and documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing communication flow.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies to enhance productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written) — fluency is a must.
  • Basic understanding of account management and payroll processing.
  • Experience in vendor coordination and handling invoices/payments.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools for basic creative tasks.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Energetic, reliable, and willing to learn and grow with the organization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software or HR management tools.
  • Prior experience working with international clients or remote teams.
  • Understanding of basic HR and operational processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
