Personal Assistant to the Chairman cum Personal Fitness Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, discreet, and highly organized Personal Assistant to the Chairman cum Personal Fitness Trainer. This dual role position requires an individual who can efficiently manage the Chairman's personal and executive affairs while also overseeing their health, fitness, and wellness routines. The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, flexible, and capable of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Personal Assistant:

• Manage daily schedules, meetings, travel plans, and appointments
• Handle confidential communications and documents with discretion
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman
• Coordinate visa applications, hotel bookings, and itinerary planning
• Run personal errands and provide administrative support as needed
• Maintain task lists, reminders, and follow-ups

As a Personal Fitness Trainer:

• Develop and deliver customized fitness programs based on the Chairman’s health goals
• Conduct one-on-one training sessions (at home or in the gym)
• Provide guidance on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and general wellness
• Track fitness progress and adjust workout plans accordingly
• Offer basic nutritional and lifestyle advice (within scope of practice)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Business Administration, Sports Science, or related field)
• Certified Personal Trainer (REPS UAE, NASM, ISSA, ACE, or equivalent)
• 3+ years’ experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant
• 2+ years’ experience as a Personal Trainer
• Excellent time management and multitasking ability
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professional etiquette
• Fluent in English; Russian speaker is an advantage
• UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
