Personal Assistant with Social Media experience

We are a Connecticut based natural skincare company. We are in search of a personal assistant/brand ambassador to assist busy owner with tasks and promote brand awareness on an AS NEEDED basis starting March 15th, 2026. This is a flexible position, and the duration depends on the needs of the business and your performance. Most of the work can be done remotely, however we prefer candidates that live in Connecticut locally such as New Haven and Fairfield County as there will be times that in person meet ups may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote brand on social media as needed especially during holiday and peak seasons.
• Administrative tasks; MUST be proficient in Google Suite, Canva, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok primarily)
• Run local errands (for business and personal)
• Order supplies and track inventory.
• Attend local networking events (if available this isn't mandatory more so if I'm not available)
• Be comfortable with shooting content locally with products and demonstrating and using products on social media.

Qualifications

• MUST have a valid driver's license. Candidates local to Fairfield and New Haven County are preferred.
• Candidate must have strong administrative and social media skills.
• Professional demeanor, as you will represent the company.
• Previous sales or brand ambassador/influencer background is a huge plus.
• Comfortable working on an as needed basis
