We are seeking a highly competent and proactive Personal Assistant/Admin with a strong background in administration, HR coordination, marketing support, and travel logistics. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the office team and management, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, discretion in handling confidential matters, and a positive “can-do” attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized office systems, records, and documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless office operations.

Travel & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate visa applications and related documentation in compliance with local regulations.
  • Arrange flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff and management.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and provide comprehensive travel support.

Human Resources Support

  • Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain personnel files, HR records, and employee databases.
  • Support payroll, leave management, and HR compliance activities.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and administrative HR tasks.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations.
  • Support social media management and coordination of marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report on marketing activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative or PA roles, preferably with exposure to HR and marketing in UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour law, visa and immigration processes.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of HR/marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: AED 3500 to AED 5000 per month

Benefit: As per the UAE Law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
