Job Title: Personal Assistant/sales assitant

Location: Abu Dhabi-mussafah

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, have a knack for time management, and be adept at multitasking. This role requires someone who can handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, and ensure smooth coordination of activities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

- Efficiently handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

- Follow up with orders, vendors, and service providers.

- Perform basic accounting tasks, such as managing expenses and invoices.

- Utilize computer skills to maintain digital records, spreadsheets, and documents.

- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Undergraduate degree preferred

- Valid UAE driving license.(mandatory)

- Fluency in English and Arabic languages is essential.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in using computers and office software.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles.

- Ability to learn new tasks and procedures quickly.

- Flexibility to work variable hours as required.
