Personal Assistant/Social Media Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Personal Assistant for Social Media job to join our team. This role is essential in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing expertise, organizational skills, and a passion for storytelling through digital content. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand goals while managing day-to-day operations.

Duties

• PA for the manager, coordination between team and customers
• manage few accounts in social media, develop those accounts and suggest new ideas to improve their business
• manage few accounts online spending and budgeting (google, meta)
• suggest google key words for search campaigns for customers
• work closely with the team and manage their daily tasks follow up and report to manager.
• create marketing calendar for accounts, quarterly and annual.

• Qualifications
• Proven experience in social media management or a related field with strong organizational skills.,
• full knowledge of Google and Meta regulations , tips and tricks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; familiarity with DocuSign is a plus.
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and transcription tasks.
• Strong project coordination abilities with experience in event planning preferred.
• Prior experience in office management or as a personal assistant is advantageous.
• Effective phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in all work produced.
