About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal Banker. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional service to help them achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships, understanding client needs, and promoting our range of banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assess client financial needs and recommend suitable products, including accounts, cards, loans, and basic investment options.
• Open new accounts, assist with digital banking setup, and process financial applications.
• Achieve assigned sales and service targets while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless banking experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, policies, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail banking, sales, or a customer-facing financial role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR8,000.00 per month
