Vision Media is a fast-growing content creation and media company based in Hyderabad. Alongside client projects, we are building a strong personal brand for our founder to grow thought leadership, attract premium clients, and expand training programs in freelancing and video editing.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Personal Brand Content Manager to help strategize, plan, and manage the complete content process for our founder’s personal brand. This role is perfect for someone who understands social media growth, content trends, and how to position a personal brand to attract a high-value audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a content strategy and posting calendar for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp).
• Plan, organize, and oversee end-to-end content creation (from ideas → scripts → design → posting).
• Research trends, competitor brands, and growth strategies to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Write or refine captions, hooks, and scripts for personal brand content.
• Monitor analytics and recommend improvements for better engagement and reach.
• Coordinate with the creative/video editing team to ensure smooth production.
• Align content with long-term brand positioning and business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content strategy, social media management, or brand building.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube content styles.
• Excellent written communication skills (English + Urdu advantage).
• Creative thinker with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad).
• Passion for personal branding, marketing, and digital storytelling.
