Key Responsibilities
- Source new customers for Personal Finance through outdoor sales, referrals, and leads.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets (volume & number of applications).
- Explain Islamic finance products (Murabaha, Tawarruq, etc.) clearly to customers.
- Ensure all documentation and applications are completed accurately.
- Verify customer eligibility, creditworthiness, and adherence to bank policy.
- Maintain regular follow-ups on leads and applications until disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future cross-selling (credit cards, accounts, Takaful, etc if any.).
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank and Emirates Islamic KYC and AML regulations.
- Deliver superior customer experience and represent the bank professionally in the market.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 13 years of sales experience in banking or financial services (preferably in UAE, home country experience will also do).

- Strong communication and presentation skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Urdu/Hindi preferred).
