MissionNxt, LLC, in partnership with our law firm client, is seeking motivated Personal Injury Attorneys at all experience levels—from recent graduates to seasoned practitioners. Our firm values entrepreneurial-minded attorneys who are eager to build their own book of business while receiving comprehensive support and training.

Position Overview:

This role offers flexibility, competitive earning potential, and opportunities for professional growth. Attorneys will manage a caseload, perform legal research, and communicate directly with clients while developing their personal practice within the firm. Training and mentorship are provided for attorneys with limited personal injury experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a personal injury caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other necessary documentation.
• Maintain strong communication with clients regarding case progress and strategy.
• Generate your own book of business and develop client relationships.
• Collaborate with firm colleagues to achieve successful case outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active Florida Bar membership (for FL-based positions).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in plaintiff’s personal injury is beneficial but not required; training provided.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive to generate new business.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission-based structure, transitioning to bonus-only upon generating $300k in firm fees.
• Potential to earn $250k+ annually based on fees generated.
• Flexible work arrangements for South Florida candidates (onsite, remote, or hybrid).
• Remote positions available for MD, NC, TX, or IN.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
