  • Experience handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Join a fast-paced personal injury law firm focused exclusively on motor vehicle accident cases. We are seeking an experienced Receptionist who has prior experience working at a personal injury law firm handling auto accident claims and understands how to communicate effectively with injured clients.

This is not a general front desk role — you will be a key point of contact for clients, providing real-time updates on claim status, treatment progress, and case developments. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and comfortable discussing the personal injury process from intake through settlement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and empathetic experience
  • Answer and manage high-volume calls, including:
  • Providing case status updates
  • Explaining where the claim is in the process (treatment, demand, negotiations, litigation)
  • Communicating updates from attorneys and case managers
  • Speak confidently with clients about:
  • Auto insurance claims and liability status
  • Medical treatment progress and gaps in care
  • Next steps in the case lifecycle
  • Schedule client appointments and coordinate calendars for attorneys and staff
  • Maintain accurate and organized case notes in the firm’s case management system
  • Assist with administrative tasks including document handling, data entry, and file organization
  • Ensure the front office remains professional, organized, and client-ready at all times

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish strongly preferred)
  • Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Needles, etc.)
  • Familiarity with medical terminology related to personal injury treatment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
