Join a fast-paced personal injury law firm focused exclusively on motor vehicle accident cases. We are seeking an experienced Receptionist who has prior experience working at a personal injury law firm handling auto accident claims and understands how to communicate effectively with injured clients.
This is not a general front desk role — you will be a key point of contact for clients, providing real-time updates on claim status, treatment progress, and case developments. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and comfortable discussing the personal injury process from intake through settlement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and empathetic experience
- Answer and manage high-volume calls, including:
- Providing case status updates
- Explaining where the claim is in the process (treatment, demand, negotiations, litigation)
- Communicating updates from attorneys and case managers
- Speak confidently with clients about:
- Auto insurance claims and liability status
- Medical treatment progress and gaps in care
- Next steps in the case lifecycle
- Schedule client appointments and coordinate calendars for attorneys and staff
- Maintain accurate and organized case notes in the firm’s case management system
- Assist with administrative tasks including document handling, data entry, and file organization
- Ensure the front office remains professional, organized, and client-ready at all times
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish strongly preferred)
- Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Needles, etc.)
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to personal injury treatment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
