Personal Injury Paralegal

Overview
We are a small personal injury firm in north OC seeking a seasoned personal Injury paralegal. We require you have practice and procedure. Excellent english and writing skills required. Interviews will be conducted initially by telephone.

Our office is located at 2070 N. Tustin Ave. Santa Ana, CA 92705.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in the preparation of personal injury cases by gathering relevant information and documentation.
• Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case arguments and strategies.
• Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible for review.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Maintain compliance with legal procedures and deadlines throughout the case lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
• Utilize document management systems to track and store case-related materials efficiently.
• Stay informed about changes in personal injury law and related regulations.

Skills

• Proficient in legal research techniques and tools, particularly Westlaw.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law, including workers compensation law and immigration law as applicable.
• Experience with legal case management processes and document management systems.
• Excellent legal drafting skills for creating various types of legal documents.
• Familiarity with securities law and tribal law regulations is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
