Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who is already well-versed in the full lifecycle of personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling cases from pre-litigation through trial and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Duties
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
- Coordinate and maintain case files, medical records, and billing documentation
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial binders
- Handle discovery process, including drafting responses and organizing productions
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
- Calendar deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
- Review, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and correspondence with clients and opposing counsel.
- Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather pertinent information for ongoing cases.
- Manage document review processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling phone inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, or settlement negotiations by compiling necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of personal injury experience, including litigation
- Strong knowledge of personal injury procedures, deadlines, and documentation
- Experience with discovery, trial prep, and court filings
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and legal drafting skills to produce clear and accurate documents.
- Experience conducting client interviews and gathering evidence through effective interviewing techniques.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, document review, transcription, and administrative support tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid position: 2–3 days in-office, remaining days remote

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
