Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager

About the Role:
We seek an experienced, organized, and proactive Case Manager to support our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department. This is a long-term, on-site position focused on case development, client communication, and claim management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct case intake, research, and witness outreach
• Manage claims with insurance companies, health insurers, Medi-Cal/Medicare
• Engage with clients regularly and assist with property damage claims
• Obtain police reports, medical records, and evidence
• Schedule and coordinate medical appointments and transportation
• Monitor clients' medical treatments and gather bills and records
• Assist with medical case work from start to finish, including reading reports and supporting litigation
• Verify insurance balances and prepare files for demand submissions

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle high case volume
• Familiarity with Filevine is a plus
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Positive attitude and team player

Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
