IBSTEC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal & Procurement Assistant to support daily administrative and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting management with office coordination, supplier communication, and external visits related to purchases and business matters. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and personal tasks for management.
  • Manage procurement activities including sourcing, vendor coordination, and price comparisons.
  • Conduct outside visits for purchasing, deliveries, and official meetings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, service providers, and clients in both English and Urdu.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Support management with follow-ups, correspondence, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in procurement, administration, or office support preferred.
  • Must be punctual, well-organized, and proactive.
  • Own transport is preferred.

Location: Gulberg V, Lahore
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
