Job Title: Personal Secretary to CEO

Location: North Nazimabad, Karachi
Type: Full-Time, Flexible Hours

About the Role: We are seeking a highly dedicated and versatile Personal Secretary to support our CEO in both professional and personal matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As the Personal Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO's day-to-day activities run smoothly, from business tasks to personal needs, making a direct impact on their productivity and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including scheduling, managing emails, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
  • Coordinate personal and business travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Assist with personal tasks such as meal planning, organizing personal events, and managing the CEO’s calendar.
  • Manage the CEO’s communications, both professional and personal, ensuring all matters are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other staff, clients, and external parties, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Be available for last-minute tasks, travel arrangements, or personal assistance whenever required.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on brainstorming sessions, providing input and support as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Flexible with working hours and willing to be on-call for urgent requests or changes in schedule.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and able to accompany the CEO on domestic and international trips.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards new challenges.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, secretary, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
