About the Role:

The Personnel Administration Intern will support the HR team in implementing and administering employee records, social insurance, and medical insurance processes. This role provides hands-on exposure to personnel administration tasks, compliance with labor laws, and employee support services, making it an excellent opportunity to gain practical HR experience in a fast-paced, mass-hiring environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support the processing of employee benefits, including health insurance enrollment and deactivation.
  • Help prepare HR-related documents such as HR letters, experience letters, and medical/debit cards.
  • Assist in collecting and organizing hiring documents and employment contracts.
  • Support the preparation and archiving of social insurance forms (Forms 1 & 6).
  • Provide general administrative support to the Personnel Administration team.


Qualifications:

  • University student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR, personnel administration, and labor law compliance.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
