About the Role:

The Personnel Administration Specialist will be responsible for implementing and administering social and medical insurance programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records. This role plays a critical part in supporting employees with HR-related documentation and safeguarding the organization against legal and compliance risks.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment history.
  • Process and administer employee benefits, such as health insurance—adding new hires and deactivating former employees’ accounts.
  • Provide timely support to employees requesting HR letters, experience certificates, debit cards, or medical cards.
  • Track and manage all hiring documents submitted by employees and ensure contracts are signed and filed properly.
  • Prepare, submit, and archive social insurance forms (Forms 1 & 6) in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks and avoid legal issues.


Qualifications:

  • University graduate.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Personnel Specialist in a mass hiring company.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and medical insurance processes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
