Position Overview
We are seeking a Pest Control Coordinator to oversee and manage daily pest control operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, service knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, technicians, and vendors. The Pest Control Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining Pogotowie Insektowe LLC’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate pest control service schedules and treatment plans.
• Liaise with clients to assess requirements and provide service updates.
• Collaborate with pest control technicians to ensure timely and effective treatments.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, inspections, and reports.
• Monitor inventory of pest control materials and equipment.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in pest control coordination or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of pest management practices and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and service management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
