Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to manage pest control operations and ensure effective and safe service delivery across assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily pest control activities
• Inspect sites and identify pest issues and treatment methods
• Plan and schedule pest control and deep treatment operations
• Ensure safe handling and application of chemicals and pesticides
• Train and guide technicians on procedures and safety standards
• Monitor service quality and maintain reports and records
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in pest control operations
• Experience supervising pest control teams
• Strong knowledge of pest control chemicals, methods, and safety procedures
• Ability to manage schedules and field operations
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar preferred
