Pet Care Specialist

Job Title: Professional Dog Walker and Pet Sitter / Part Time

While You R Away Pet Sitting is seeking reliable, animal-loving team members to join our pet care crew. If you enjoy working independently, staying active and providing exceptional care, this role is for you.

We proudly serve: Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Coto de Caza and a few surrounding areas.

Requirements and Qualifications:

*Physical stamina to walk dogs of various sizes

*Reliable transportation

*Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance

*Smart phone with data access

*Experience caring for, volunteering with or owning pets

*Excellent customer service and writing and verbal communication skills

*Must be timely and punctual

*Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and have weekend and have holiday availability

*Ability to adapt to last-minute schedule changes

*A positive attitude and sense of humor – this industry requires both

Must pass a criminal background check

Job Type: Part-Time (1099 contractor)
