Instruction:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons on accounting principles, methods, and practices, aligned with curriculum standards.
• Cover topics like financial accounting, cost accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.
• Utilize diverse teaching methods like lectures, discussions, simulations, case studies, and technology integration.
• Differentiate instruction to cater to students' varying learning styles and abilities.

Assessment:

• Design and administer tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects to evaluate student understanding.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their learning.
• Track student progress and report results to parents/guardians and administration.

Classroom Management:

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters respect and collaboration.
• Establish clear expectations for behavior and enforce them consistently.
• Manage classroom routines effectively to maximize learning time.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated on current accounting trends and best practices through ongoing learning.
• Participate in professional development opportunities like workshops, conferences, and online courses.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and improve teaching techniques.

Additional Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and administrators.
• Participate in school activities and contribute to the overall educational mission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
