Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing updates, stock availability, and digital catalogs.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with sales, support, and logistics teams for quick resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, platform performance, and operational metrics.
- Develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies across the company's website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
- Coordinate with marketing teams to run SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior using analytics tools.
- Lead the e-commerce operations team to ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatches, and optimal platform performance.
- Manage returns, COD orders, reduce RTO (Return to Origin) rates.
- should have the ability to manage and expand operations on overseas marketplaces.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in e-commerce or online retail operations.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of order processing, product listing, inventory management, and popular e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Skilled in document filing, email communication, and record keeping.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Only local candidates from Ludhiana, Punjab will be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
