Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and passionate In-School Trainers from any Science stream to train school students under our NEET/JEE/Foundation Program. The candidate should be willing to relocate and work at partner schools in Madurai District.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily classroom sessions for NEET/JEE/Foundation level students.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics based on assigned subjects.
• Support students in developing strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain class discipline and create an interactive learning environment.
• Assess student progress through regular tests and assignments.
• Collaborate with the academic and content team to ensure effective implementation of the curriculum.
• Participate in training, workshops, and review meetings as required.

Eligibility:

• Postgraduate in any Science stream (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biology).
• Strong communication and teaching skills in English.
• Passionate about mentoring students and improving learning outcomes.
• Willing to relocate and stay at the assigned school location in Madurai District.
• Freshers are welcome.

Preferred:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Prior teaching or training experience in school-level NEET/JEE/Foundation courses will be an added advantage.

Compensation:

• ₹18,000 to ₹21,000 per month (including accommodation).
