Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategically oriented Product Manager to lead product planning, marketing strategy, and lifecycle management. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective product positioning, successful launches, and sustained market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning through commercialization and growth

• Develop and execute product positioning, marketing strategies, and annual marketing plans

• Lead new product launches and develop comprehensive marketing and training collaterals

• Enable sales teams through product and clinical training initiatives

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and track product performance

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain

Candidate Profile

• MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management preferred

• 3–7 years of experience in Product Management within Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
