Position: Pharmacist
Location: AL AZHAR MEDICAL COLLEGE & SUPER SPECIALTY HOSPITAL , THOSDUPUZHA

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately as per prescriptions and ensure compliance with legal and medical standards.
• Review prescriptions for completeness, dosage accuracy, drug interactions, and therapeutic suitability.
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and storage.
• Maintain accurate records of medicines dispensed and controlled drugs as per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock management of medicines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Assist in maintaining pharmacy cleanliness, safety protocols, and documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff for smooth medication management.
• Report adverse drug reactions and medication errors promptly.
• Participate in audits, quality checks, and pharmacy process improvements.

Requirements:

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration.
• Strong knowledge of medicines, dosages, and pharmacy protocols.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
