Pharmacist (Regulatory & R&D)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our Regulatory and Research & Development (R&D) team. The ideal candidate will assist in regulatory documentation, product dossier preparation, formulation development, and compliance with national and international regulatory standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, precision, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.

Qualification: Pharm-D

Experience: Fresh / Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, R&D, QA/QC, or related pharmaceutical functions.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documents, CTDs, product dossiers, and submissions.

* Coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure timely approval of products.

* Support the development and optimization of formulations in line with regulatory requirements.

* Conduct literature reviews and research on raw materials, APIs, excipients, and product guidelines.

* Ensure all documentation complies with DRAP, WHO, and international regulatory standards.

* Assist in stability studies, protocol preparation, and data interpretation.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, Production, and Marketing.

* Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and company SOPs.

* Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance-related activities.

* Continuously update knowledge on regulatory changes, quality standards, and pharmaceutical advancements.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, dossier structures, and GMP guidelines.

* Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.

* Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy and compliance.

* Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within regulatory and R&D functions.
