R&D Officer (Pharmacist)

Responsibilities:

As an R&D Officer your role will include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the formulation development of new products..
• Prepare, maintain, and review documentation, including protocols, trial reports, standard formulation / batch records.
• Coordinate with QA / QC departments to ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting formulation/process or analytical issues during laboratory trials.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D)
• 1‑ year of experience in pharmaceutical R&D .
• Basic knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
