Pharmacy Purchase – Key Roles & Responsibilities (Concise)

  • Maintain vendor network and negotiate best rates.
  • Review stock levels and place timely purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with pharmacy store for inventory planning.
  • Ensure quality check of received medicines and consumables.
  • Manage documentation, invoices, and compliance as per NABH norms.
  • Track near-expiry items and minimize wastage.
  • Handle emergency purchases when required.
  • Update HIS/ERP with PO and GRN details.
  • Prepare basic purchase and consumption reports.
  • Coordinate with accounts and departments for approvals and clarifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
