• Accurately review and process prescriptions following established pharmacy protocols.
• Manage prescription refills efficiently.
• Collaborate with onsite pharmacy staff for seamless operations.
• Handle prior authorizations for medications.
• Respond to inbound and outbound calls as needed to support pharmacy operations.
