Phlebotomist

We are seeking qualified personnel with experience for medical office in Miami (Little Haiti). This position is Full Time from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday and alternating Saturdays from 9:00am-12:00pm.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Collect specimen (Blood/Swabs/Urine) from donors and/or clients
• Phlebotomy
• Data Entry
• Specimen Processing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Answering phone
• Screening and scheduling donors
• Performing clinical study/protocol procedures in a detailed, accurate manner

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English (Bilingual a plus)
• Excellent computer skills, typing, and spelling
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Detail Oriented
• Must be able to handle difficult personalities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• 1 year minimum Phlebotomy experience a must
• Must demonstrate superior customer focus
• Ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients
• Must have reliable transportation
