Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Taxi Booking Operators / Dispatchers to handle inbound calls from UK customers for taxi bookings and related services. This role is strictly for professionals with hands-on experience in Software Cab 9. If you have not worked on this system, this role is not a fit.

You will manage bookings end-to-end while maintaining high customer service standards and close coordination with drivers and the UK operations team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Taxi Controller, you will:

• Handle inbound calls from UK customers in fluent English with a clear British accent
• Take, amend, and cancel taxi bookings using Software Cab 9
• Manage airport bookings and track flight details accurately
• Provide timely and accurate fare quotations
• Process payments over the phone
• Coordinate between customers and drivers to ensure smooth pickups and drop-offs
• Handle driver queries and grievances professionally
• Manage customer complaints and feedback, escalating to the relevant department or Team Lead when required
• Liaise with UK-based supervisors and shift in-charges
• Maintain high-quality service standards at all times, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction

What Success Looks Like

• Accurate booking and dispatch with zero location or timing errors
• Strong command over Software Cab 9 workflows
• Clear communication with customers, drivers, and internal teams
• Consistent delivery of high-level customer service under pressure

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CSR / Dispatcher experience with a UK-based cab company
• Hands-on working experience with Software Cab 9 is mandatory
• Experience with Cab 9 is mandatory
• Strong command of spoken English with a British accent (mandatory)
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
