Photographer

Key Responsibility

• Capture high-quality photos for digital platforms, advertisements, websites, events, and social media.
• Produce assets such as corporate portraits, product photography, event coverage, lifestyle images, and brand visuals.
• Collaborate with Creative Teams
• Work closely with art directors, videographers, designers, and marketing teams to understand creative briefs and deliver visual solutions.
• Translate concepts, mood boards, or campaign ideas into compelling photographic content.
• Edit & Post-Produce Photos
• Handle photo editing and retouching including color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, and basic compositing.
• Optimize images using professional tools like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Plan Shoots & Visual Concepts
• Participate in planning photo shoots including location scouting, lighting setup, props, and shot lists.
• Contribute creative ideas for visual direction, framing, and storytelling
• Manage Equipment & Workflow
• Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories.
• Organize files, backups, and photo archives efficiently.
• Manage Time & Projects
• Handle multiple shoots and editing tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate schedules for shoots and deliverables with internal teams or clients.
• Keep Up with Industry Trends
• Stay updated with photography trends, techniques, and new equipment.
• Explore new styles, lighting methods, and editing workflows to enhance creative output.

Skills & Tools:

• Advanced proficiency in professional cameras (Canon, Sony, Nikon) and lighting setups Strong knowledge of photo editing tools (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)
• Understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and collaborate with creative teams Portfolio Needs: Professional client work
• Versatility (events, corporate portraits, products, social media content, etc.)
• Consistent visual style and strong storytelling through image
