Photographer – Studio Catalog

Salary: $70,000-85,000

We are seeking a seasoned Photographer with at least five years of professional experience in studio product photography and editing to bring our linens to life with precision, artistry, and consistency. This position is dedicated to catalog photography, ensuring each launch and reshoot is executed with excellence and aligned to the BBJ La Tavola brand vision.

In this role, you’ll accomplish:

• Direct and execute all studio catalog photography for linen and tabletop accessories.

• Photograph products and events on-site, including styled installations, showroom experiences, and brand activations.

• Capture 360-degree video views of linen and products for the BBJ La Tavola website, ensuring an immersive digital client experience.

• Ensure images and videos meet brand standards across web, digital, and print applications.

• Manage editing, retouching, and color correction with flawless attention to detail.

• Partner with product development and marketing on collection launches, updates, and reshoots.

• Capture staff headshots and internal team imagery for marketing, press, and digital platforms.

• Oversee studio organization, including maintaining and cleaning photography equipment, managing props and surfaces, and keeping the space production ready.

• Maintain an accurate catalog of photo inventory, tagging and archiving images for easy retrieval.

• Uphold best practices in file management, storage, and backup.

• Maintain sample inventory used for photoshoots and ensure products are clean, pressed, and ready for use.

• Support operational excellence by creating efficiencies in scheduling, studio workflow, and shoot preparation.

A good fit is someone who has:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional product photography and editing experience.

• Expertise in studio lighting, composition, product styling, on-site/location lighting.

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge).

• Experience producing 360-degree product videos for e-commerce or catalog use.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and OneDrive, for digital organization and collaboration.

• Strong organizational skills to manage both creative output and studio maintenance.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A meticulous eye for detail, with the ability to capture texture, pattern, and color true to life.
