Job description:-
We are seeking a Photographer with strong marketing expertise to manage the full spectrum of our digital presence. You will create visually stunning content that not only showcases our properties but also drives bookings, engagement, and brand loyalty. This includes capturing stunning visuals, managing social media platforms, and creating high-performing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to attract bookings and engage audiences.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct professional photoshoots of holiday home interiors, exteriors, amenities, and key details.
- Create compelling video tours/walkthroughs and short promotional clips of properties.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality imagery and videography that aligns with our brand standards.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to an exceptional standard, ensuring optimal lighting, color correction, and composition.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost engagement, reach, and bookings..
- Plan, schedule, and post content, ensuring brand consistency and optimal timing for audience engagement.
- Plan, create, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze performance metrics of social media campaigns and visual content, adjusting strategies to maximize impact.
- Occasionally capture lifestyle shots or local area highlights related to the properties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Professional photography experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven digital marketing expertise, including social media strategy, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and content marketing.
- Strong visual storytelling and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in photography and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media analytics, ad metrics, and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
