Job Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality photo and video content for various marketing platforms and media channels.
- Edit photo and video projects using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro.
- Capture professional photographs and videos of brand products, company events, and activities.
- Work on both on-site and off-site production assignments as required.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver engaging visual content.
- Report directly to the Marketing Manager and/or company management.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Interpret production briefs and scripts to understand company requirements and deliver high-quality results.
- Set up equipment and capture studio-quality photos and videos that meet project objectives.
- Apply visual effects and creative techniques when needed.
- Manage and archive media files and completed projects in an organized manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in photography and videography.
- Proven experience in product photography and videography is required.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation including DSLR and digital video cameras, sound equipment, and the overall production process.
- Technically proficient with audio/visual equipment, hardware, and video production/editing software, including troubleshooting when necessary.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Highly creative with strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in content creation for digital and marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of safe work practices, particularly related to lighting equipment and manual handling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently when required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, including occasional work outside regular office hours and on weekends.
- Strong team player with flexibility and initiative.
- Resourceful and capable of working in dynamic environments while anticipating project needs.
- Responsible, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding work.
