Photographer/Videographer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photographer & Videographer specializing in real estate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong portfolio and a deep understanding of property marketing visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-end photography and cinematic video content for residential and commercial properties.
• Plan and execute shoots with a strong understanding of lighting, composition, and spatial storytelling.
• Edit and deliver polished photo and video assets aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual campaigns.
• Manage shoot schedules, equipment, and on-site setup efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques (natural and artificial) and color grading experience with drone photography/videography is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines excellent attention to detail and a refined creative eye.

• Candidate must have their own valid visa.
