Position Overview:
Utsav Morjaria Photography LLC is seeking a highly organized and creative Photography Coordinator to manage and streamline photography operations. This role involves coordinating shoots, liaising with clients, supporting photographers, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule photography sessions, including commercial, corporate, and event shoots
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, photographers, and vendors
• Assist in pre-production planning, including location scouting, permits, and logistics
• Prepare shot lists, timelines, and production briefs
• Ensure all equipment, props, and materials are ready and available for each shoot
• Manage on-site operations during shoots to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedule
• Oversee post-production workflow, including editing timelines and client deliverables
• Maintain organized records of projects, contracts, and client communications
• Support marketing initiatives by organizing portfolios, social media content, and promotional materials
• Handle administrative duties such as invoicing, budgeting, and vendor coordination

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in photography coordination, production, or studio management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with photography equipment and production processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
