ACTS Qatar is currently looking to hire a Purchase Coordinator with the below qualification and experience.

Ø Develops proposals and specifications for purchases of goods and services.
Ø Find out good and adequate suppliers to meet the branch work requirements
Ø Answers requests from other ACTS departments regarding existing purchasing procedures.
Ø Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
Ø Ensures all purchasing is performed with strict adherence to current ethical Procedures.
Ø Locate vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies, and meet them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
Ø Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
Ø Immediate Joining

The candidate should have a bachelor degree with a minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing.

Candidate must be available here in Qatar locally and the Interested candidate may forward their CVs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Purchase: 5 years (Preferred)
