PHP / Laravel Senior Developer - Female

Join us to design, optimize, and scale a high-performance web platform capable of handling heavy traffic, large datasets, and mission-critical reliability. Our current stack includes Laravel, Bootstrap, and MySQL, and we’re seeking a skilled professional to evolve and optimize this system using modern architecture, cloud infrastructure, and performance-focused technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and highly available web applications.
• Optimize Laravel and MySQL for high traffic and large datasets.
• Architect systems to handle millions of users and concurrent requests.
• Implement caching, queues, background jobs, and asynchronous processing.
• Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Lead decisions on monolith → microservices or hybrid architecture transitions.
• Ensure best practices in performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams.
• Guide technical decisions and conduct code reviews.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in Laravel / PHP.
• Advanced MySQL performance optimization experience.
• Proven experience with high-traffic, scalable platforms.
• Solid understanding of system design and scalability.
• Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and Redis.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI, IT, or related fields.
